I began working on Seven Lords: Battle of Hangu Pass in 2007. After more than 15 years of designing, playtesting, and refining, the game reached its final form in 2023. It has been a long journey, and I’m happy to finally share it with you here.

I don’t know whether I’ll ever be able to self-publish Seven Lords or find a publisher to bring it to tables. In the meantime, I want to give it a chance to be played. My hope is that this online version will help it find people who enjoy its shifting alliances, difficult decisions, and struggle for the throne.

Thank you for giving a game so many years in the making a little of your time. If you need another player, have questions about the rules, or would like to share your thoughts, please email me at ta-te.wu@sunrisetornado.com. I’d love to hear from you and perhaps join you for a game!
